Action Group
(YAG)
The Youth Action
Group was formed
in 2007 with the
objective of
providing
facilities for
the young of the
parish and to
organise
activities
within the
parish which
would create a
sense of
community
cohesion.
The Group also
rents a field in
Bishops
Cannings
village.
The field is
used for youth
games, organised
activities and
fund raising
events.
The field is
also available
for use by other
groups involved
in youth
activities.

During the
summer holidays
YAG provides a
programme of
free events for
children.
These include
archery, circus
skills, football
and canoeing to
name just a few.
